Laid down by J. Samuel White, East Cowes, Wight with yard number 1754 for account of the British Royal Navy in June 1933, launched on 20 November 1933, commissioned on 16 January 1934, added to the submarine depot at Portland, submarine depot ship HMS Titania, 6thbSubmarine Flotilla, renamed HMS Nettle (T94) on 20 August 1941 when she was transferred to Blyth, mentioned for dosposal in October 1945 which was not executed while she stayed in service sold to Pounds scrap yard,  Portland on 14 August 1957, since 9158  property of the Amsterdam Drydock Company (ADM), Amsterdam, Netherlands, converted into the tanker cleaning vessel Droogdok 19, later renamed H.O.M. 7 and in the 1980s TCA1. And renamed Elfin in 1985 of the Stichting tot Behoud van het Stoomschip in Koog a/d Zaan, Netherlands.

Mentioned as tender and torpedo recovery  vessel. Pennant T25. Displacement 222-249 tons and as dimensions 32 x 7,5 x 2,40 metres. Fitted out with 2-250hp steam engines. Speed 9,5 knots. Crew numbered 12 men.
