Moscow Shipyard delivered tugs to the West Siberian Steamship Company according to a CIA report dated 7 July 1949

An item referred to the Vechernyaya Moskva No. 128 dated 31 May reporting the delivery that same day by the Moscow Shipyard of 5-150hp diesel tugs to the West Siberian Steamship Company. This delivery meant also the completion of the 6-months shipbuilding program. The tugs were to be used on small rivers. The 6-months program of constructing launches was also completed. The year program was to be completed by 5 December.
