The second series consisted of the Dubrovnik, Alexandr Blok, Sergey Yesenin, Vladimir Maykovskiy, Suleyman Stalskiy, Gavrill Derzhavin, Vladimir Korolenko, Ivan Kotlyarevskiy, Konstantin Paustovskiy and Gamzat Tsadasa.

Speed 18,00 (full load)-20,48 (in ballast). Total bale cargo capacity 20.369 cubic metres and grain cargo capacity 22.276 cubic metres. Original were the first ships of this class for handling cargo fitted out with the 12-5 tons derricks and 2-60 tons derricks, later ships just had one or none 60 ton derricks.
