Built of wood at Long Island City for account of the Newtown Creek Towing Company as the Russell in 1930. Purchased by the Decker tugboat company, Staten Islands and renamed W.O. Decker in 1946. Original fitted out with a steam engine which was later replaced by 1-75hp diesel engine. Dimensions 52 x 15 x 5.6 feet.
