Dutch tug Gerard built in the Netherlands in 1914 according to the Dutch magazine Scheepvaart dated 31 December 1914

A list of the ships launched in 1914 reported the Dutch tug Gerard of 15 Dutch tons built by shipyard Drie Gebroeders, J.van Limborgh&Zoon, Lekkerkerk, Netherlands for account of J. Emmerlood, Rotterdam, Netherlands.(1)

1, Another Dutch newspaper Nieuwe Rotterdamsche Courant dated 2 October 1914 reported the sinking that morning of the tug Gerard, owner/master G.J. van Emmerlood in the Oudehaven near the Bolwerk, unknown what caused the disaster
