USA-flagged, homeport Wilmington, Delaware, MMSI 36176310 and call sign WC7556. Built by Union Dry Dock Company, Buffalo, New York, USA with hull number 81in 1897, purchased by the Great Lakes Towing Company, Cleveland, Ohio, USA, rebuilt in 1941, converted from a steam drive tug into a diesel tug by 1950, renamed Midway in 1982 and Wisconsin in 1983. In 1966 net register tonnage 70 tons and as dimensions 71 (register)-81 (over all x 19.9 (register-21.3 (over all) x 12.5 (draught) feet, horsepower 1.200 hp and highest point above water when light (feet) and nature=spar=17.5 feet.
