An item dated Sofia, Bulgaria 1st July reported that the Bulgarian army command announced mine laying in Bulgarian territorial waters starting 2 July at 24:00 o’clock. Foreign ships were allowed to enter the waters before 16:00 o’clock if the entering was allowed 12 hours before.
