Bulgarian ships not allowed to load in every Turkish harbour according to the Dutch newspaper Leeuwarder courant dated 31 October 1909

An item dated Constantinople, Turkey 29th October reported that Bulgarian ships were not allowed to load cargoes in some Turkish harbours and that the Bulgarian representative would ask the Porte to allow this loading. (1)
