According to a list dated March-April 1944 was the motor cargo ship Junak, of the Erste Donau-Dampfschiffahrtsgesellschaft (I.DDSG), part of the fleet of the Dnjepr-Küsten-Schiffahrt GmbH (D.K.S.), Germany-flagged, dimensions 66,60 x 8,30 x 2,30 metres and cargo capacity sea service 311 tons. Machinery consisted of 2 diesels, horsepower 760 hp, fuel bunker capacity 51 tons, fuel consumption 3.700 kilo/24 hours and speed 7 (with tow)-10 (without tow).
