A list of vessels hired by the German Kriegsmarine or for the Black Sea available vessels dated Vienna, Austria 29 January 1944 reported that the Kriegsmarine bought the Erste Donau-Dampfschiffahrts-Gesellschaft (DDSG) tug Morava with a horsepower of 500 hp on 11 April 1942.
