Bolsheviks seizing Romanian ships according to the Dutch newspaper Het nieuws van den dag voor Nederlandsch-Indië dated 4 February 1918

An item reported that Russian Bolsheviks seized Romanian ships in the Black Sea harbours. A second item dated Petrograd 3^rd reported that the Boshevik committee seized 40 Romanian ships and some warships in the Black Sea harbours.
