A report dated 9 February 1944 sent by the Mar. Verbindingsoffizier beim Hafenkommandanten Konstanza to the Kommando 10. Sicheringsdivisie at Constantza, Romania described the available tugs in the harbour over there. On 22 January arrived the German tug Pawle and instead of being used she immediately undergone repairs, available for service since today.
