Am item reporteds the founding of the Dutch towing company N.V. Sleepboot Bezoeki at Rotterdam, Netherlands by tug captain Willem Goudsbloem and machine plant owner Johann Julius Marckmann, both of Rotterdam. Ending on 31 December 1940. Intention was towing of vessels on the waters of Netherlands, Belgium and Germany with the limitation never to have more that one tug at the same time. The working capital was ƒ 3.000 divided over 6 shares of ƒ 500 which was completely available. Goudbloem had 5 shares for which he paid with his tug Bezoeki and Marckmann having one share.
