Spanish galleon le Hercule arrived at Cadiz, Spain coming from Peru according to the Dutch newspaper Rotterdamsche courant dated 20 December 1770

An item dated Cadiz, Spain 20 November reported the arrival 2 days of the Spanish galleon Le Hercule after a voyage of 171 days coming from Lima, Peru. It was feared that she was lost. She was loaded with 873.556 piasters in gold and silver, 9.376 charges cacao, 2.118 arobes quinquina, 2.100 skins, 300 bales wool, 11 arobes calaguala and 111 arobes medicinal verbs.
