Spanish galleon L’Oriflame arrived at Cadiz, Spain returning from Argentina according to the Dutch newspaper Rotterdamse courant dated 7 September 1769

An item dated Cdiz, Spain 11 August reported the recent arrival of the Spanish galleon L’Oriflame returning from Buenos Aires, Argentina loaded with 55.000 skins and 300.000 piasters. She was picked up off and escorted from the Canary Islands on by the Spanish warship St. Juliaan which was loaded with 200.000 piasters received as taxes for the crown.
