Laid down at the Danish Lindormen-class minelayer JDM Lossen on 9 June 1977 by Svendborg Ship Yard Ltd., launched on 9 September 1977, commissioned on 14 June 1978, decommissioned on 22 October 2004, sold to the Estonian Mariyme Academy on 4 July 2006 and became the maritime training vessel MS Kristina, handed over to the Estonian navy on 10 September 2009, renamed Wambola on 14 May 2010 added to the reserve and commissioned as the command and support vessel Wambola (A433) on 1 November 2016 after refitting. As Lossen homeport Sønderborg Harbour, pennant N44, call sign OVKI, as MS Kristina homeport Seaplane Harbour, Tallinn as Wambola homeport Tallinn, MMSI 276425000, pennant A433 and call sign ESQE. Technical details of the Lindormen-class are a full load displacement of 577 tons and as dimensions 44,5 x 9,0 x 2,9 x 21 (height) metres or 146.0 x 29.6 x 9.6 x 68.11 feet. Two MTU diesel engines supplying 1.600kW allowing a speed pf 14 knots. Crew numbered 29 men. Armament consisted of 4-12.7mm/0.50” Browing M2 machine guns.
British minehunter HMD Shoreham (M112). Sandown-class. Launched by Vsper Thornycroft on 9 April 2001, commissioned on 20 July 2002. IMO 4906812, MMSI 23200283 and call sign M112. Displacement 600 tons and as dimensions 52,5 x 10,9 x 2,3 metres or 172.3 x 35,9 x 7.7 feet. Paxman Valenta 6RP200E diesels supplying 1.523 shp allowing a speed of 13 knots. Crew numbers 34 men with accommodation for 40 men. Armament consists of 1-3cm DS330M Mk2 gun, 2 mini guns and 2 machine guns. Laid down February 2000.
