French frigate Le Partue destroyed two Dutch whalers according to the Dutch newspaper Rotterdamse courant dated 26 August 1794

An item referred to a statement of captain Bergh of the “The Gratis” arriving at Bristol, England that he on 26th July on the Vissersbank was hauled by the French frigate Le Partue accompanied by another five frigates. The Frenchmen captured and destroyed 2 Dutch whalers.
