Call sign VRCG? Gross tonnage 3.420 tons, under deck 2.714 tons, net tonnage 2.025 tons and as dimensions 328.7 x 47.2 x 23.2 feet. Built by Swan, Hunter&Wigham Richardson Ltd., Wallsend, Newcastle. England for account of China Merchants Steam Navigation Co., Shanghai, China as the Hai Li in 1934, since 1938 as the Ming Sang of Indo China Steam Navigation Co.,/Jardine, Matheson&Co., London, England, homeport Hong Kong, scuttled at Hong Kong in 1941, salvaged by the Japanese and renamed Bizan Maru and sunk after striking a mine on 18 June 1945.
