Dutch Davis Strait commandeurs Pieter Willem Okkesz returned home according to the Dutch newspaper Amsterdamse courant dated 29 August 1722

An item dated Amsterdam, Netherlands 28 August reported the arrival at Texel, Netherlands of Pieter Willemsz Okkes[z] (3) 1,5 whale returning from Davis Strait.(1)
