An item reported that all British destroyers to be built under the Programme 1910-1911 were handed over and commissioned. Of the Programme 1911-1912 were already 2 delivered and 3 more were for the end of the administrative year to be delivered. The 20 to be built under the Programme 1912-1913 were ordered and apparently under construction
