American whale ship Richmond visited Honolulu, Hawaii according to the newspaper The Polynesian dated 2 November 1844

An item reported the arrival at Honolulu, Hawaii on 30 October of the American whale ship Richmond captain Ludlow of Cold Spring, USA 10 months out 2.400 barrels whale oil.(1)
