American whaler Moctezuma hailed according to the newspaper The Polynesian dated 25 August 1849

An item reported the arrival at Honolulu, Hawaii by the American whaling bark Richmond which spoke on 28 June the whaler Moctezuma master Tower of New Bedford 2.700 barrels whale oil.
