Call sign JPXN. Built by Tsurumi Seitetsu Zosen K.K., Yokohama, Japan in 1939. Gross register tonnage 2.868 tons, net tonnage 1.953 and as dimensions 322. x 45.1 x 24.6 feet. Sunk by the American submarine USS Sargo (SS-188) on 9 November 1943 while used by the army as a transport.
