An item dated Madrid, Spain 22^nd referred to tidings from Caracas, Venezuela reporting that the Venezuelan cabinet decided to seize the German ship Durazzo and the six Italian ships Baccin Padre, Trottiers Teresa, Odero Teresa, Jolefassio. Alabama and Dèntite at that moment lying interned in the harbour of Caracas.
