American whaler Naragansett arrived at Monganui, New Zealand according to the New Zealand newspaper Daily Southern Cross dated 26 June 1857

An item reported the arrival at Monganui, New Zealand on 27 April of the American whaler Naragansett of 397 tons from Nantucket, USA 17 months out 120 barrels sperm.(1)
