An item reported the arrival at Lahaina, Hawaii on 1 April of the American whaling ship Champion captain J. Sandfjord of New Bedford, USA 9 months out 130 barrels sperm oil 770 barrels whale oil 6,000 lbs bone departed on 12 April.
