In his letter dated Bucharest, Romania 29 April 1943 to the Reichskommissar dealing with the position of the tugs and lighters in Russian waters on that same day mentioned the Seetransportchef at Nikolajew [Mykolaiv, Ukraine] the lighter 1246.
