American whaler Carolina visited Honolulu, Hawaii according to the newspaper The Pacific Commercial Advertiser dated 6 December 1860

An item dated Wednesday 5 December reported that the American whaler Carolina which returned on the 3rd while leaking was to be repaired without being unloaded. This was possible while the leak was in her upper works.
