An item reported that there were again problems in the Russian Putilov and Alexandrov Works wkere labourers were more interested in producing articles which they could sell for own profit. Despite the ‘large’ imported quantities of coal the fuel crises kept on growing. A considerable part of this coal was or consumed at once by the navy or kept in service for the navy or other government needs.
