US Navy forced to curtail training schedules according to the Secret Admiralty Weekly Intelligence Summary Nr. 42 for the week ending 22 October 1921

An item reported that due to lacking a sufficient number of appropriations for fuel supply the US Navy was forced to curtail the training schedules for the Atlantic and Pacific Fleets considerably.
