An item reported that on 1 August British cruiser HMS Raleigh left Devonport, England bound for Bermuda.(1)

Note

1. Part of the Hawkins-class heavy cruisers, succeeded by County-class, laid down by William Beardmore, Dalmuir, Scotland on 9 December 1915, launched on 28 August 1919, completed in July 1921 and wrecked on 8 August 1922 at L’Amse Amour, Newfoundland, Canada.
