Built in 1983 by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd., Nagasaki, Japan as a heavy load carrier for Semco Salvage&Marine, Singapore and rebuilt by Scheldepoort, Vlisingen, Netherlands between 1998-1999 as stone dump vessel. Owned and managed as Seahorse by Deeprock CV/Tideway, Breda, Netherlands and operated by Dredging, Environmetal&Marine Engineering (DEME), Zwijndrecht, Belgium.
