An item reported that the latest received reports confirmed the renewed activities within the Soviet Baltic Fleet. The moral of the crews was however worse caused by refusing leave and reduced daily rations. One report stated that the Bolsheviks intended to some submarines from the Baltic around Europe to the Black Sea.
