The French seaplane base at Govina, Greece according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1920 no. 4

An item referred to notes of a naval officer of board of a British cruiser active in the Adriatic between August 1916-October 1917. He wrote that the French had a seaplane base at Govina on the Greek island Corfu on a short distance of the town. They could accommodate around 24 aircraft nut in April 1917 there were far less that number mainly consisting of F.B.As and D.D.s. Since April Telliers sent parts to Brindisi later to Oranto to assemble new aircraft destined for Corfu. This station was responsible for the east Adriatiac between Valona and Corfu.
