Laid down on 23 December 1942, launched on 3 September 1944, commissioned on 3 February 1945, reclassified CLAA-98 on 18 March 1949, decommissioned on 11 June 1949, stricken on 1 June 1966 and sold to be broken up on 24 February 1971.
