An item reported the arrival of British light cruiser HMS Calliope at Sheerness, England on 11 December returning from the North American station.

Note

1. C-class light cruiser Calliope-subclass preceded by Arethusa-class succeeded by Danae-class. Laid down by Chatham Dockyard on 1 January 1914, launched on 17 December 1914, commissioned in June 1915 and sold to be broken up 28 August 1931.
