Steel built. Dimensions 441.6 (over all) x 56.11 (molded) x 27.4 (molded depth) x 27.8 (load draught molded) feet, deadweight 10,600 tons, gross tonnage 7,200 tons, net tonnage 4,300 tons and bale cubic capacity 490,000 cubic feet. The amidships located steam reciprocating propulsion allowed with normal horsepower of 2,500 shp a speed of 11 knots. Prewar domestic cost 1.278,000 US dollars, domestic war cost 1,728,590 US dollars, unadjusted statutory sales price 639,000 US dollars and floor price 544,506 US dollars
