German troops waiting at Nikolaev, Ukraine for evacuation according to the Weekly appreciation of matters of naval interest No.13 week ended 15 March 1919

An item reported that what was left of the German troops still numbering around 4.000 men were still present in the Russian Black Sea area waiting at Nikolaev for steamships to evacuate them.
