German warships under construction at the navy yard at Kiel, Germany in April 1919

Bayern-class

The battleship Sachsen launched, already fitted out with gun turrets No. S 2 and 3 with guns and armour belt and funnel placed. (1) The destroyers W-116 and S-112 were launched and now being completed. Work on the light cruiser Frauenlob stopped leaving a launched hull and an anonymous second light cruiser was still on stocks for 25% built.(2)

Notes

1. Part of Bayern-class battleships, preceded by König-class. Preceded by planned L 20e a-class and realized Scharnhorst-class,laid down with yard number 210 on 15 April 1914, launched on 21 November 1916, stricken on 3 November 1919 and scrapped between 1921-1923.

2. Part of Cöln-class light cruisers preceded by Brummer-class succeeded by planned Flottenkreuzer proposals and realized Emden, laid down in 1915, launched on 16 October 1918 and uncompleted broken up in 1921.
