German rear admiral Von Hintze arrived in Finland according to the Weekly Intelligence Summary No. 19 for the week ending19 March 1921

An item reported that the German admiral von Hintze arrived in Finland on 16 March which was the candidate of the pro German Finnish party to be appointed as instructor for the Finnish navy.
