American whaler Addison on 1 October 1841

Homeport New Bedford. Master [Thomas] West. Managing owner Isaac B. Richmond. Sailed on 3 June 1841 for the Indian Ocean. Tonnage 426 tons. Before 8 April 1833 registered at Philadelphia. Lost abroad in 1852. Built at Philadelphia in 1816. 426 30/95 tons, dimensions 108 x 30 x 15 feet, 2 decks, 3 masts, square stern, no galleries and a woman figurehead.
