Dutch tug Colonel sunk according to the Dutch newspaperRotterdamsch nieuwsblad dated 17 September 1891

An item dated Rotterdam, Netherlands 15th reported that the Dutch tug Colonel of Volker&Bos sunk again. Efforts to pump her dry were fruitless probably due to a leak in the bottom.
