Call sign JCMA. Built by Osaka Iron Works Ld., Osaka, Japan in 1921. Sunk by US Navy aircraft on the position 33.5 North and 128.51 East of 15 May 1945. Gross tonnage 1,921 tons, under deck 1602, net tonnage 1,955, deadweight 2,962 tons tons and as dimensions 256.0 x 39.0 x 22.5 x 6.8 (light)-19.10 (loaded) feet. Reciprocating propulsion, 211 nhp, coal bunker capacity 367 tons, range 5.200 nautical miles/9 knots and speed 9 (normal)-10.5 (cruising) knots.
