Building ordered in 1902, laid down by Joh.C. Tecklenborg, Geestemünde, Germany with yard number 179 for F. Laiesz Shipping Company in August 901, launched on 7 May 1902, completed on 7 July 1902, commissioned on 10 July 1902 and after a collission with the ferry Brighton in the British Channel on 5 November 1910 finally sunk off the rocks at Crab Bay.
