Japanese cargo ship Hankow Maru 1919-1943

Call sign JNND. Laid down by Kawasaki Dockyard Co. Ltd., Kobe, Japan with yard number 416 on 3 March 1919, launched on 15 May 1919, delivered on 1 August 1919 and sunk as an army used cargo ship in an air attack on 2 September 1943. Gross tonnage 4,10 tons, under deck 3,613 tons, net tonnage 2,518 tons and as dimensions x 345.0 x 48.0 x 30.0 x9 (light)-24 (loaded) feet. Reciprocating propulsion, singl screw, 342 nhp/3,021 ihp, 1,200 tons coal bunker capacity, range around 12,000 nautical miles/11 knots and speed 11 (normal cruising)-14 (maximum) knots.
