She was renamed Bellona 1901-1902 so if this is correct the photo is apparently not dated correct.
Laid down as screw steam ship of the line SMS Kaiser by Pola Navy Yard [Pula, Croatia] on 25 March 1855, launched on 4 October 1858, rebuilt into an ironclad casemate ship 1869-1873,commissioned in 1859, renamed Bellona in 1902, machinery and armament removed and became a barracks ship and seized at the end of the First World War by Italy in 1918.
