Coal prices and premium for colliers increasing in England acccording to the Dutch newspaper Soerabaijasch handelsblad dated 25 September 1904

An item reported that the price for coal at Liverpool, England had been doubled and furthermore a premium of 15 shillings/ton of the colliers with success broke through the Japanese blockade of Wladiwstok.
