Displacement 400 ton. Dimensions 60.95 (between perpenediculars) x 7,62 (maximum) x 4,114 (hold) x 2,30 (draught on midshipsection)-3,00 (aft) metres. Three steam boilers, maximum speed 22 knots. Armament 2-7.5cm guns, 4-5cm guns and bow torpedo launchers.
