American whaler Sharon visited Lahaina, Hawaii according to the The Friend dated 8 November 1858

An item reported the arrival on 29 October of the American whaler Sharon, captain King, 300 barrels whale oil, 4,000 lbs bone, coming from Ochotsk. Left on 30 October for Honolulu.
