An item referred to very recently published news by the Spanish press reporting that trials were executed at Bilbao, Spain with a Spanish built pocket submarine. The boat was abel to maintain a given depth with her engine off. Tonnage 3,5 metric tons and as dimensions 6,55 x 1,59 metres. Armed with 2 torpedo tubes, machine guns and magnetic mines.(1)

1. Spain built in the 1950s midget submarines of the Foca-class nearly twice the length mentioned in 1955 and wich were based on the German Seehund type.
